About 14 months in, running 12 or so client sites. I came for the SSH and WP-CLI access and stayed for the one-click staging. Zero overnight downtime so far, which I genuinely could not say about my last host. Backups and SSL are baked in per account, so I'm not nickel-and-dimed on every site.

Our app has NEVER loaded this fast. Seriously. We migrated on a Tuesday and by the end of the week two different customers had emailed asking what we'd changed. That just doesn't happen! Thrilled with it.

So here's the thing, my old host crashed on me two Black Fridays in a row and I'd basically made peace with it happening again. This year we did our biggest day of sales ever and the site didn't so much as hiccup. They even did the migration for me; I handed over the login, went and made a coffee, and by the time I came back it was done.

As an agency we run a little over 40 client sites on retainer, and provisioning a new one in MaxPanel is genuinely quick. What stands out most, however, is the transparency of the pricing. The quoted rate is the rate we pay, with no surprises at renewal and no awkward conversations with clients about features that turn out to be paid extras.

I almost didn't write a review, but I've been here long enough that it felt right to. I started the blog on a whim, grabbed the free domain, and fully expected to move on once it grew. Two years and around 80k readers a month later, here I still am. The support folks have stayed up with me through a couple of late-night panics, and they've always been so kind about it.

I went in skeptical (cheaper usually means oversold servers and slow tickets, in my experience). It took a few weeks before I stopped expecting something to break. What shifted it for me was a Saturday-night ticket answered in roughly ten minutes, by a person who'd clearly read what I sent. It's not flawless, there's no dark mode in the dashboard yet, but the fundamentals are solid.

For a small nonprofit like ours, every cost we keep down means a little more going toward the people we serve. The hosting has been kind to our budget. I'll also admit the environmental side won us over: they plant a tree on renewals and give 1% to climate causes, and our board was glad to be able to pass that along to our supporters.

My portfolio is wall-to-wall high-res photography, and it used to load like it was wading through mud. The CDN and caching changed that almost the moment I switched. Now clients tell me the site feels “expensive”, and for a photographer, that's pretty much the whole game.

I'll be upfront, I'm not a tech person in the slightest, I run a gym and not a web company. When I moved my booking site over I figured I'd be completely lost, but the chat team walked me through every step and handled the bits I didn't follow. It loads quicker now and I've stopped thinking about it, which is all I really wanted.

Came over from one of the big cloud platforms mainly to cut my bill, and I assumed I'd be giving up performance to save the money. It was the other way round. What one project cost me there now covers three projects here comfortably, and the panel is a lot less of a maze to get around. Only regret is not doing it a year sooner.

Been hosting with this lot since 2016, and in all that time I've had maybe two reasons to contact support. Both sorted the same day. I'm not someone who normally bothers writing reviews, but loyalty like mine takes a fair bit to earn, and they've earned it.
