Cancellation & Refund Policy

This agreement is held between the Client (hereby referred to as “You”, “Your”, “User”, “Client”), and Cenmax Exim Limited (hereby referred as “Cenmax”, “Service Provider”, “We”, “Our”, “us”). Each and every customer of Cenmax has electronically acknowledged that they have read and accepted this agreement at the time of signup. 

Changes to Policies

At Cenmax, we periodically update these policies to provide you with a better service. The latest copy of the policy will only be deemed valid. Whenever there’s a change to our policies, we’ll try our best to notify you about the changes through the mail. Cenmax also reserves the right to change the policies without any prior information, or notification.

Refund Policy 

30-Day Money Back Policy

All our shared services (including web hosting, cloud hosting & WordPress hosting) are eligible for a 30-day moneyback guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your service, you can get in touch with our billing team within 30 days to get a full refund of your service.

30-Day Money Back Policy Terms and Conditions:

  1. Refunds under 30-Day money back policy are limited to one per customer. A customer who has previously got a refund for their service will not be eligible to get another refund even for another service.
  2. In case if the product came with a free domain, we reserve the right to deduct $14 for each free domain registered by the client. The domain can be used even after the refund until the end of the billing cycle with any other web hosting provider without any problems.
  3. A setup fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Refunds are not applicable for services suspended for AUP violation.
  5. Refunds are eligible only on new order payments. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. We process refunds in 3-5 working days upon a refund request. However, it might take even more time for the payment processor to process the refund to you. Even if we process the refund from our end, payment processing agents (ie., PayPal, AliPay, Instamojo) are responsible for sending it to you, and they might take sometime to do so.

Any services terminated for abuses, illegal activities, AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.

Non-refundable products:

Dedicated Servers, VPS Servers, Domains, Email Servers, SSL Certificates, Software licenses, Software lease, Software addons, SaaS, Server addons, VPS addons, Setup fees, and service fees are not refundable due to the nature of the service. These products are not covered under the 30-day moneyback policy.

Cancellation of Service:

Any user at their sole-discretion can cancel their services at anytime they want unless they made a contract with Cenmax at the time of purchase guaranteeing the usage of the service for a predefined number of months. All cancellation requests should be sent 12 hours before the service’s due date. If we receive a cancellation request post the due date of the renewal invoice, we reserve the right to charge $25 to $250 as a “Late Cancellation” fee. Once a product is canceled, you will be no more be invoiced for the renewal of the service. On eligible products like web hosting and cloud hosting which are covered under our 30-day moneyback policy, if we receive a cancellation request within the first 30 days and if there’s proper adherence to the money-back policy, payments made for the appropriate service will be refunded through the original payment method.
