Our Story

How it started

Cenmax was founded in 2014 by industry veterans who had spent years managing infrastructure for enterprises and service providers. We knew what worked, what didn't, and what was missing in the market.

The gap was clear: businesses needed enterprise-grade hosting without enterprise complexity or pricing. So we built it—reliable infrastructure, transparent pricing, and support from people who actually understand servers.

Over a decade later, we're still run by the same team. We've grown to 10,000+ customers across three continents, but the principles haven't changed: build it right, price it fairly, and be there when it matters.

Since 2017, we've maintained 100% uptime with zero major outages. That's not marketing—that's operational discipline, redundant infrastructure, and a team that takes reliability personally.

We run Intel Xeon hardware, NVMe storage, and redundant infrastructure—the same technology powering much larger operations. We keep overhead low so we can pass the savings on to you.

Support is the product

We're about 25 people spread across India and the US. Everyone from the CEO down still rotates through support shifts. Our senior engineers have been with us for 8+ years—they know our infrastructure inside and out.

We debate server configurations in Slack. We stay on top of hardware improvements and next-generation technology. Someone once described us as "aggressively competent but kind of nerdy about it."
